How to Add Contact Us Form in Blogger

You may have seen the contact us form in different websites. Don’t you like to add such form in your blog?? Blogger, Wordpress... whatever it may be this post will help you to create forms for your blog or website, absolutely free. No ads. No banners. When someone fills that form, the details in it will be mailed to you. Very simple and effective.

1)   Log on to http://www.jotform.com/
2)  Create an account. 
3)  You can see different tools in the left sidebar. Drag them to the white space..
4)  Here is a sample which I have created 

5)  After creating the form Save it.
6)  Click ‘Setup & Embed’ and then ‘Embed Form’

7)  Select your platform. You will get a code. Copy
8)  To add this to your blogger blog, go to Posting-->>Edit Pages.
 9)  Create New Page.
10)  On edit Html paste the code.
11)  Publish page.
12)   Done.
